Description

This is a flexible phone case for the Apple iPhone 15 Pro. It optionally supports the addition of an adhesive metal MagSafe ring in the back pocket, and has a separately printed inlay ring for lens protection.

The main case is meant to be printed in flexible TPU (I had great results with Polymaker Polyflex 90A). The lens protection ring works great in PLA.

The model is publicly available in OnShape (you can also create a free account to modify) with several more configuration options (no hexagon back, or no MagSafe pocket) available for export, or for modifications.

my first time printing TPU. Got some minor mistakes, not sure why, but fits awesome on the phone :)

great design but it didn’t fit the iPhone 15 pro when I printed with transparent PETG. looks 10/10 fit 4/10 I had to crack the case to get half in but the other half didn’t load. maybe the petg transparent filament shrinks up… or isn’t as flexible as what the original design was made for

I just did a test print in PETG, and indeed, the current model doesn't really fit with PETG and is really meant for flexible TPU (an earlier version I had fit better). I just modified the description to match. I might try to add a variant with a slightly smaller front bezel which could work. Thanks for the feedback!

Came out looking amazing, I used a PEO plate to give it more character and modded it to embed MagSafe magnets into the case. the only issue was that the camera ring was sized for the iPhone 14 Pro, the case still fits but there is a noticeable rise in the case around the camera

Thanks for the feedback! Nice bottom pattern indeed. :) I did try the embedded MagSafe pocket (it was a config option in the Onshape model), but the magnet strength wasn’t strong enough to work in nightstand mode in my case - so I didn’t end up using that. I’ll look into the lens ring issue, thanks.

printed in Bambulab TPU95A... want to use with lanyard for kayaking so added some eyes at the top. Printed great. Did lens cover in ASA and as others have said it is a bit small/tight on the camera bump but I'll likely use without it. Removing supports was tough and thought it would tear but it all came away clean. Overall great design!

looks great. button part is too rigid for volume buttons though.

Same here. cutouts and separately printable buttons (in whatever else one might want - PETG, PLA or any non-flexible material) are a better solution

While that would be nice, I think it would be quite tricky, as I don’t have access to the device. Apple’s published CAD drawings aren’t always complete enough..
