Simple screw covers for HiTechPet dog doors. Often one breaks these when removing the door for service, painting, etc.

                        Notes:                     Material should not be an issue. You will need to keep the temp lower / cooling higher when printing the less dense layers. I would recommend white ABS with a heat chamber if you have.

Else, it may just take a little trial and error. Give the small amount of material needed this shouldn't be an issue.
