Print the rim with the hub upwards.
The brake is oriented with the holes facing downward.
Print the brake first to check if the bearings fit. Adjust flow if needed.
Use the original bearings and cover.
Use advanced settings in Prusaslicer to make the outside “flanges” of the rim solid, and the inside with 20% infill, and 6 walls.
You can also use 8 walls and 13 top / bottom layers, to make the important parts solid, but you will use more filament.
If using PLA, then don't inflate too hard - it will blow the edges of the tyre. I think it would work as the original with nylon. PETG works best for me.
