Later updated by SavageRodent to make Binhou's sculpture more printable he thickened the wing membrane and split the model down the middle. The two halves will need to be glued together after printing.

I modified print settings, blended files to a single print plate, and found ideal supports. It prints amazingly. 3mf file/profile I uploaded has ideal print settings and minimalistic but adequate supports.
