Do you think it could be the aux fan blowing on it?

looks great! printed in PLA Tough. I accidentally printed the support with more PLA even though I meant to print it in support. in the future i need to be more careful with the Bambu studio to check that I’m not wasting filament !! thanks for the great design.

But PLA is cheaper than support filament, and more wasteful. If you just use the same material for support as the print then you don't have purge waste and it's much quicker

I only use a layer between the support and the object with e.g. PETG if the object is made of PLA or vice versa. This is always easy to solve and gives a clean surface because PLA and PETG do not bond

these came out super clean! I reprinted and skipped everything except the holder for the moisture sensor so that I could put one on each side. I also added the desiccant holders for the trays in the bottom. Stays around 10% with ambient humidity at around 43%

Can you explain following: Why 2 x hygrometer? Makes no sense at all!

Replying to @Infantryman :
2 reasons: 1st, cardboard spools hold moisture. My thought was that if there is a cardboard spool on one side, the desiccant on that side may wear out faster. 2nd, it was cheaper to buy a multi pack of the sensors and the fact that they are inexpensive may indicate that they aren’t very high quality. Being an infantry man, I think you understand the idea that 2 is 1 and 1 is none. 😆

Hygrometer embedded in silica so that ambient moisture can't get to it🤦who would come up with an idea like that? Makes no sense at all🤣

and now? Nevertheless, a hygrometer in silica is nonsense😂

Didi you even have a look at the model? There is no path from the silica gel to the sensor.

I love that great model. Easy fit, maximum volume for silica and the hydrometer fits great. I added a zigbee thermometer behind the normal display to integrate it in my Smarthome.

interesting!!! how are you using it, in automation? are you using it just to keep an eye on the temp?

I'm getting a warning/push notification if the humidity went over 20%. It's also possible to track it with a graph and you can see if silica is saturated - the graph should be flatten out.

Really clean design. Feel a lot better with this design than others due to the access door fitting so well. It would be such a bummer to spill all the desiccant beads but this design makes you forget all about that. Thanks for sharing!
