I liked the idea of putting my purge waste into a larger bin rather than the ones that sat behind it. I found a few magnetic ones I liked, but after several plugged chutes I just made my own. I believe it's loosely based on another model, but with improvements such as a taper to fit inside a 2" pipe and the ability to use 8 10x2.25 mm magnets. A drop of super glue on the magnets and it seems to hold strong. I used a hole saw to make a hole in my countertop and it drops into a 5-gallon bucket in the cabinet below.
