Rambo knife

Rambo Movie Prop Knife (Designed in 2021)

This is a 3D-printable replica inspired by the knife from the Rambo movie.
It’s easy to print but requires some assembly.

Notes:

• All pins have a built-in diameter tolerance of 0.1 mm, with additional tolerance in length.
• Includes a screw designed to be printed both horizontally and vertically. The vertical version may be tight and could break along the layer lines.
• Two handle sleeves are included:
  • One is a very tight fit.
  • The other has built-in tolerance.
  • Both have the same outer dimensions.

Assembly Steps:

1. Assemble the blade using the 9 small pins.
2. Place the guard around the base of the blade.
3. Attach the 3 large pins to one half of the handle.
4. Insert the assembled blade and screw into that handle half.
5. Merge it with the other half of the handle.
6. Slide the chosen sleeve over the handle.
7. Screw in the pommel at the end of the handle.
