Ikea Skadis Desk Clamp System

I created this Clamp System for Ikea Skadis Pegboards.

I want a sturdy and safe Option to mount Skadis Boards on my Desk - other clamps are not that sturdy so I decided to do my own Version with a lot of Features you can find below.

Key Features

• The Clamps are designed sturdy and with minimum flex for a safe mounting option.
• You can mount several Skadis boards together with a connector clamp, that holds two boards at the connection point
• You can only slide in the Skadis Boards - but if you want more stability you can use the Holes on the Back of the clamp, to secure the Boards with M4 Countersunk Screw.

• The Screws are made with my own thread design, which is optimized for 3D Printing - they are flat on one side for print them flat on the printbed. This ensures a very stable screw design
• Easy Mounting: Drive the Screw through the clamp, then screw on the Clamp Block on the Screw and you are ready to go!

Print Settings

Recommended Material: PLA (you need a Material with less flex)

Layer Height: 0,2 mm Standard

Wallgenerator: Arachne

Wall Lines: 5 

Upper and Lower Shell: 5

Infill: 15% Gyroid infill

Support: Standard supports are only needed for the middle clamp part.

Please be sure your printer is calibrated well and produces round holes!
