Description
NOTE: “Bobas” is only for showcase and not included, I only give you the models for putting anything you want in your shoulder.
Have you ever wanted to put your favorite character, pet, logo or whatever in your shoulder? Maybe not lol, but if the answer was yes, with this model you can do it.
Shoulder pet
Put your favorite thing in your shoulder!
I was inspired by the parrot of Minecraft, who sit in your shoulder when you are standing still. So my through was “If i can do it in real life?”
And here comes this project. I tested it at an event where i walked all day with bobas in my shoulder, and he fell off only 2 times, so that's a big win for me.
With the last statement, I can assure you that dancing with this thing or something aren't great, and your pet probably will fly, lol. But for normal use case, this works really nice.
So for this project you need:
- Glue, really good glue;
- 16x3 magnets;
- PLA and TPU.
The profile is already setted up, make sure that you print the little pieces with PLA, and the long piece with TPU.
Pick up anything you'd like to have in your shoulder, it can be anything, only assure that it's not incredibly heavy and at a reasonable dimension.
After printing, apply some glue on the marked spots (The + and - Indicates the polarity of which the magnets need to be placed. They only need to attract with the right magnet, so if there's + and in the other piece there is -, just put them in the direction they'll attract each other):

After that, attach them in the corresponding spot and wait till the glue is dryed. Then attach the 16x3 magnets by putting some glue in the marked spots:

Put the magnets in and wait till the glue is dryed and you're ready to go! Just pick up the other double magnets piece (the white piece on the right of this text) and glue first the magnets, and then glue your printed pet on it!
