the screw doesnt fit through the retainer very easierly and requires minor drilling. could be rectified on the print file very easierly. apart from that i like it alot.

Thanks for letting me know. It always worked fine for me, but you are right, it is a bit tight. I edited it to make it a bit bigger.

i drilled it to around half a mm bigger and then tapped it in. gonna say its a great tool though 👌 ill print it again and update you

Print worked really well for me. No issue with the thread/screw at all.
Ironing gives it a nice finish (see picture).
It's quite sturdy/heavy so it has a nice feel in the hand.

Print setting <ul><li>0.24mm layer</li><li>35% infill </li><li>4 perimeters </li><li>5 top and bottom layers </li><li>material: PETG or ABS (for the body)</li></ul>I found that these settings worked best for me. Also, other materials might work better than PETG or ABS.

Also, other materials might work better than PETG or ABS. &nbsp;Update 11.10.2023 : I added a brim and spread it over more plates to reduce printing errors. Also made the hole in the "wedge" bigger because it was too tight.

Rationale for Print Profile:&nbsp;&nbsp;If you buy sandpaper in sheet format instead of roll format, then the typical size of the sandpaper sheet is 230mmx280mm. I made the models in Autodesk Inventor. &nbsp;The new design is Fully 3d printed, no bolts or nuts needed.&nbsp;Technical detailsThis sanding wedge is made for 50mm wide sandpaper.
