Description

Snap-Stack Mini Organiser Boxes

Need a quick way to tame loose screws, bits or SD cards?
These little trays stack like bricks—no clips, magnets or hardware—thanks to the matching tongue-and-groove rails moulded into the top and bottom edges. Mix the plain tray with the partitioned version (2-slot) to build a custom tower of storage on your desk or inside a drawer.

Features
    •    Positive-lock stacking – ribs on the base slide into grooves on the lid of the box below for wobble-free vertical stacking.
    •    Two variants included – open tray and tray with central divider; print as many of each as you need.
    •    Grab-friendly lip – chamfered front edge lets you pinch and pull a box out of a tall stack without nails.
    •    Support-free print – all overhangs ≤ 45 °, so it pops off the plate ready to use.
    •    Scaleable design – enlarge or shrink uniformly in your slicer to suit everything from M3 screws to chunky craft beads.

Print tips

Setting    Recommended value
Filament    PLA or PETG for everyday use; ASA/ABS if you need heat resistance.
Layer height    0.20 mm
Walls    3
Infill    15 % gyroid or grid (higher if you’ll overload the trays)
Build orientation    Floor the largest face on the bed; no supports or brims required.
Print time    ≈ 1 h per box on a Bambu A1 mini (0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 120 mm/s).

Stack, un-stack, and re-stack—these trays click together securely yet slide apart with a gentle pull, keeping your workspace neat without a single screw or drop of glue.
