wash your build plate with dish soap and warm water. also, dry your filament. the issues in the with your print are a result of a fingerprint on the build plate and wet filament

yep currently the problem it's my build plate what printed 10 times perfectly after printed this model with those mistakes, and another user said the same as i said, you should more to improve the models and less the problem is the users, of course you could be right if not be because i always clean the build plate after a print, and i think i was good to gave four starts, have a good day

I wasn't complaining about 4 stars. I was giving you advice. From the pics you showed it looked like some whisps on the face and the backplate had a bed adhesion issue on a spot. Generally the whisps are from wet filament and a small bed adhesion defect like yours is from a fingerprint on the build plate. As you can see my print came out perfectly. You printed from the same 3mf I used. If it was a flaw with the design, then I'd have the same defects that you had. I hope this helps

what problem are you having? this prints great for me. usually when there are issues, the fix is the following: dry your filament wash build plate with dish soap and hot water (don't use IPA) set auto level before the print hope that helps you
