Assembly Instructions

1. Base Box Magnet Installation

   

   1. Place 4 magnets into the 4 small rounded inserts (“buttons”). These buttons are designed for a tight, secure fit, so inserting the magnets may require a bit of extra force.
   2. Snap-fit these button inserts into the designated magnet pockets inside the base box corners.
   3. Ensure the magnets are flush and the inserts are securely seated.

    

2. Lid Magnet Installation

   

   Place the remaining 4 magnets into the designated pockets on the bottom of the inner lid plate. Check polarity to match the magnets already placed in the box base.

    

3. Assemble the Lid

   Snap the outer lid onto the inner lid plate to fully trap the lid magnets.

    

4. Test Fit

   Place the lid on the box. It should align cleanly and snap shut with magnetic force.

    

5. Check magnet polarity before final fitting. All magnets must attract, not repel, for proper lid closure.
