Description

This multifunctional test model was developed to quickly and clearly check almost all the important printing properties of your 3D printer - without having to carry out several individual tests. Perfect for initial calibration, testing new materials or comparing different print profiles (e.g. quality vs. speed).

Whether you have just rebuilt your printer, inserted a new filament or simply want to optimize it - this test block reliably shows you weaknesses in the setup.

Overhang test (30° to 90°)
The ramp that rises up the side shows you the angle at which your printer prints incorrectly or stalls without support. Ideal for adjusting cooling and print speed.

Stringing test (stringing)
The free-standing vertical columns show clearly visible strings if the retract setup is poor. This is the ideal way to test whether retraction, temperature and travel speed are set correctly.

Tolerance test (0.05 mm to 0.30 mm clearance)
Six small test cubes with narrowing clearance check how precisely your printer is working. Moving cubes indicate high precision - sticking cubes show potential for optimization.

Bridge test (50 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm)
Three cantilevered bridges on the back test your printer's ability to bridge horizontal gaps - without sagging or stringing. Perfect for assessing cooling and feed.

Ball on bar (level of detail + overhangs)
A small bar with a hemisphere on top checks how your printer handles small, intricate geometries and slight overhangs. Ideal for fine adjustment of miniature models

Vertical font + Z resolution
The “Z” engraving (20 mm deep) provides information about the horizontal detail reproduction. Lateral lettering and lines help you to assess edge sharpness and layer adhesion.

Grooves, steps & ramps
Fine horizontal stairs and inclined surfaces show you layer adhesion and Z-axis accuracy. Z-wobble or layer height errors become visible here.

Why this model?
Saves you time: all tests in a single print
Ideal for printer calibration, profile comparisons & filament tests
Compact, quick to print and easy to evaluate
Also looks good on the shelf as a Benchy alternative
