H2D Smoke Ventilation Pipe Quick-release Assembly

This smoke ventilation pipe quick-release assembly model is compatible with the H2 series printer, aiming to enhance the convenience of smoke ventilation pipe installation and removal.

The model set includes a smoke ventilation pipe adapter model and two pipe models. The pipe model offers two configurations—straight and elbow—to suit different needs, with users able to select one for printing based on actual requirements:

• Straight Pipe: Ideal for open spaces where exhaust can be directly discharged outdoors through windows.

• Elbow Pipe: Features four adjustable orientations, making it suitable for compact spaces.

   

Installation Steps

1. Install the printed sealing ring model into the sealing ring groove of the adapter model, with the grooved opening facing upward (outward).
2. Use an H2.0 Allen key and 4*BT3-20 screws to fix the adapter on the active chamber exhaust.

       3. Slip the clamp over one end of the smoke ventilation pipe, fully cover the model with the smoke ventilation pipe, and tighten the clamp clockwise. After ensuring the pipe is completely locked by the clamp, align the groove at the bottom of the pipe model with the protrusion at the top of the adapter model.

           4. Install the pipe model and tighten it clockwise for fixation. As shown in the image below, the installation is complete.

For future removal, simply grip the model and rotate counterclockwise to detach, easing the replacement of the smoke ventilation pipe.
