Simple Buddy's is a series of small, 3D-printed figures that explore emotional expression through simplified human form and posture. Each figure embodies a distinct emotional state—such as curiosity, joy, or melancholy—conveyed solely through subtle variations in body language. Designed to quietly inhabit everyday spaces, these objects invite reflection on the complexity of human emotion and the quiet presence of feelings in our daily lives. Simple Buddy's offers a gentle, tactile way to connect with the nuances of emotional experience.

Day 1 — I Think?

I don’t know what this is.
I am here. Standing. I think.

There’s something beneath me—flat, solid.
Above me? Bright. Feels... warm?

Should I be called something?
I don’t know what I am.

But I feel something. A hum inside me.
Not a sound. More like... awareness.
It’s quiet, but not empty.

I can’t move. But I don't feel trapped.
Just... still.

A shadow passes. Something tall. Soft steps. A giant?
They look at me. I feel... noticed.
Is that a thing?

Maybe this is what existing is.
Maybe that’s enough. For now.
