I printed in PETG with a .4mm nozzle with 4 walls and 25% infill for adequate strength.

I designed this mount/bracket to better attach a bike headlight down low on the Pelago front bike commuter rack.

It sandwiches the frame tube geometry by using 2x m2 screws and insert nuts heated and pressed into the model to receive the screws and ensure the bike light as firmly connected to the bike.

The bracket aims the attached headlight downward by ~10°.

I personally own the Cateye Volt 700 and prefer the lighting that a lower vantage point for a headlight creates.
