I wouldn't call it a user issue, more like nature of the beast. If you lay the black layer down first and then a lighter color the black many times will leave little wisps of black filament that are then printed over by the lighter color leaving "skid marks" in your print. I usually order the initial layer to print the lightest color first and moving to darkest color last.
