Description
I remixed Ronald Cauldillo's excellent step van model into a mail truck. I leave these in my mailbox for the letter carrier at Christmas. Consists of 13 stl's. Can be printed all at once, or the body and the tires/windows separately. I like to print the black parts separately to minimize color bleed and filament changes. It's designed for multi-color printers, but can be printed all one color. Minimal supports are required for the body. I've included a .3MF for Bambu Studio with my print and support settings and labelled the tires and windows with left/right text. Tires are affixed with a drop of CA glue. I was able to snap fit the windows without any glue. Model in pics printed at 200%, but you can make it any size.

Made it mini for a keyring for my mail key. I added a little loop to the back bumper. Love it.

I printed this as a gift for my father-in-law who is a postman. He really liked it and the print came out great, although the hood of the vehicle definitely shows more layer lines than anywhere else. Perhaps tweaking the print setting might help with that. Great work, thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the feedback, it looks great. You are right about the hood. Some simple painted supports should help. I'll try and print it with supports and update the profile when I get a chance.

Printed easily and without issue. I did so with transparent filament for the body and a transparent red and blue for the stripes. Our mail carrier loved it!

Printed Awesome. definitely needed supports on the bottom if printing with the wheels. made mine hollow to put paper clips and such inside. great model!

Faint red and blue color bleed through on the hood. Otherwise, a very good print.
