Description

This is a remake of one Single Wall Cleat from the awesome RepRack wall spool holder by Repkord.

I loved the idea of organizing my filament on the wall, but already had pegboard all over my workroom in the basement. I decided to modify the fusion 360 file and adapt it.

I used a peg from the fusion360 library and add it to the Repkord model, then printed a lot of different variation testing hold as the Peg needed to be sturdy enough to withstand the weight of the spools.

After the modifications It is a very sturdy hold, to attach it to the pegboard you need to apply a lot of pressure but once in, its not going anywhere.

I printed the cleat on the side to increase strength of the part and prevent shearing from the load, and just painted supports on the little pegs. My P1S did a great job bridging the middle section. I used PETG for this, adding my profile, I used Rapid PETG by Elegoo, but have tried other PETG filaments with the same profile with good success.

Hope this file helps you, I'm adding the Fusion360 file in case you need to remix it further to suit your needs.

Just as a side note my pegboard is the wood-based fiberboard type, I haven't tried it in the metal version.
