Description

I used the scad file from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:189264 to create four 60x40 boxes with sliding lids. These are glued to a base I made in Fusion. The included base is for four boxes, but as I get older, I anticipate needing more boxes on the base. A Fusion file is included for the base with a quantity parameter that allows you to specify how many boxes there are.

This base only works for a 60mmx40mm box generated with the scad file. You can specify how tall you want the box in the scad parameters. The lids are a little snug, so you may have to shave the edges a little bit. I configured the lids with text added in Bambu Slicer and printed on an X1C.

hi my problems are in the design. the slider is only sliding very hard and the whole for the Finger goes trough the whole part

Sorry you had problems. I never noticed the hole in the finger well. The hole doesn't show up until it is sliced and I never noticed it on my test prints. I updated the profile with new lids without the finger hole. I had tried making the lid narrower to slide easier, but them some of them fall out with no force. I scraped the edges of the ones that were too hard to slide to make it snug. Thank you for the feedback.
