Description

Simple enough jig for Glock double-stack replacement springs. For 15, 17 and 20 rounds. Straight mags and tilted are both supported. It narrows down at the tip to fit the follower better.

When handling spring wire always use safety equipment, gloves and eye protection!

  1. Insert 1.3mm music or spring wire (Aliexpress) into one of the two bottom holes, which depends on the mag type (straight or tilted)
  2. Bend the wire and use a vise up to the first groove to clamp it into place
  3. Continue bending until reaching the top, clamping each turn a few times with pliers helps
  4. Take the wire off the jig, it might come off garbled and spiraled but that doesn't matter
  5. Form it into shape by hand with gloves on until it looks good and straight
  6. Put into the oven at 250-300 degrees (C) for 3 hours
