PANDA TOUCH FRAME

Required:

• Printed part: PANDA_TOUCH_FRAME_V1.0
• Optional: Fusion file for customization (included)
• Spray adhesive or hairspray (for temporary attachment)
• Optional: Double-sided adhesive tape or other weak adhesive (not permanent)

Description:

The Panda Touch Frame is a thin (0.6 mm) cover that encloses the outer area of the Panda Touch display. Among other things, it covers the “BigTreeTech” logo and creates a cleaner, more uniform appearance for the display.

The included Fusion file allows you to flexibly adapt the design – for example, to add your own text or change the shape as desired.

Things to note:

• One side of the frame has a slightly inwardly rounded edge that nestles harmoniously against the display.
• Spray adhesive was used for attachment. Alternatively, hairspray also works – ideal if you want to remove the frame later.
• Do not use strong adhesive, as this will make later disassembly difficult or could damage the display.
• The last picture shows how the frame can be removed without leaving any residue.

Application steps:

1. Print the part PANDA_TOUCH_FRAME in the desired color and with the recommended print settings (see below).
2. Thoroughly clean the display surface so that the adhesive adheres.
3. Apply a thin layer of spray adhesive or hairspray to the back of the frame.
4. Carefully align the frame and press it gently.
5. Optional: If necessary, the frame can be removed again with a plastic spatula or fingernails.
6. Use the Fusion file if the design needs to be changed – e.g., with your own logo or a different shape.

Printing guidelines:

• Printing position: Flat on the bed with the outside down
• Support structure: None required
• Layer thickness: 0.2 mm or finer
