Adjustable silencer

Silencer with M14x1 thread. There is few options to print it:

1. As a full part.
2. As a shell to fill with foam with front cap.
3. As a multipart object: silencerlong_inside and silencerlong_shell. After inserting it to slicer you have to set it together to desired orientation and set wall loops for 0 for silencerlong_inside. This way you can adjust your inside structure to work as a silencer. You can check which one works the best for you.
