Description
Large, but flat dessicant container for large dryboxes like IKEAs Samla containers.Holds about 600 grams of silica beads.
Very large surface area, so it dries the air quickly.
To screw shut, align the two small “handles” an screw the lid on clockwise. Can be a bit tricky to close, but is sturdy once screwed tight.
If you slice it yourself, use 0 top and bottom layers. A 55% grid infill makes for a nice mesh top and bottom.

Printed at 90% scale to make it come out the exact size of a normal size spool diameter. Then I stack these between rolls in a fridge for humidity management.

Turned out perfectly. The threads worked well. I plan to put this in my car to help with humidity management in the Winter.

had to reduce the size slightly to ensure it's exactly the same size as a spool
