To celebrate the 10th anniversary of 3DBenchy, I created benchynozzle—a remix where the iconic boat takes on the form of a 3D printer extruder nozzle! This design is a playful fusion of two of the most recognizable elements in the world of 3D printing: the benchmark boat and the machine that brings it to life.

The bow of the boat now resembles a hotend nozzle and an AMS Hub

. Every detail is meant to echo the intricate components of a real nozzle while maintaining the Benchy’s signature charm.

This remix pays homage not just to the model but to the machines and makers behind the prints.
