Description

Are you that friend who absolutely, positively needs everyone to have their Snapchat? Or perhaps you know someone who's on a mission to befriend the entire universe? Well, I've got a solution that's as fun as it is silly – introducing the Snapcode Magnet Extravaganza! Print a bunch of these, slap 'em on any metal surface you come across, and watch the friend requests roll in like magic!

Now, for some practical stuff:

  • Model dimensions: Approximately 46mm x 46mm x 6mm
  • You'll need 4x1.5mm magnets, and a bit of superglue to secure them in place.

Here's the not-so-serious, but super-easy, step-by-step guide:

1. Start by heading to https://snapcodes.snapchat.com, sign-in and click on "My snapcodes."

2. Choose “Download snapcode.”

3. You'll receive a zip file containing an SVG that you'll need in a moment.

4. Open the .f3d file.

5. Create a sketch on top of the body.

6. Import the SVG you downloaded earlier.

7. Try your best to line it up with the existing template.

8. Temporarily hide the bodies and select all those tiny dots. Yep, it might take a little time, but stay patient. Alternatively, delete everything else and select all.

9. Once you've rounded up all the dots, show the bodies again, and use the extrude tool and set the height to 1mm. Make sure to choose "New body" instead of “Join.”

10. That's it, you're done! Now you can export it and send it to your slicer. If you're using Bambu Studio, just pick "Base" as Yellow, "Ghost" as White, and make all the remaining bodies those snapcode dots, which you can set to black.

So go ahead, spread your Snapcode far and wide, and let the snapping adventures begin!
