Bed Adhesion Issue:print keeps on falling of even though adding glue and making sure print bed is clean Update: now my nozzle is clogged.

Sorry about that, this looks to be calibration issue with your printer, make sure nozzle is clean and new and make sure Z offset is correct. You can also use 3d print bed glue to increase adhesion (I use this)
