No shades of red needed. ONLY uses 3 colours: Black, White, Red
NOTE: If you turn off the adaptive layer height, make sure that the layers are maximum 0.1mm, 0.2 may work too, but it will be worse quality.
Make sure the bodies are painted as shown. You can also change out the red to make uniqe looking variants of redstone.
