I was not completely happy with my previous wind guide turbine so I decided to improve it even more. Now it is lighter, easier to print and fits like a glove.
After about thirteen versions I think the final version is quite good. The fit should be perfect for most of the 12V turbines like this one http://ebay.to/1SCr1Hk

Performance
From the datasheet, the traditional turbine fan has the following properties:
Life Expectancy at 40 Celsius degree: 40000 hours
Speed: 3000 RPM
Airflow: 30 CFM
Considering the output of the fan the maximum expected airflow is about 60-70 m/s. With that we can see the internal behavior of this wind guide.
