What do you mean the back lip broke? The lip is on the inside? I am sorry that happened to you are you using the print profile attached? That's a 5mm lip shouldn't be able to break anywhere as its a consecutive lip all the way across. All my boxes are made with the same lip as well as printed this box about 4 times none have broke(I personally don't see how you would break the inside lip without some pretty good force.) yes the lip that goes inside the box. and yes I am using your printer profile the only thing I think that changes is you are using a P1 printer and I am using the x1c . and its a clean break I end up with a perfect square when it breaks. it comes off clean from the back plate. and I am not touching any of your settings other than telling it I am using the x1c. but like I said its a great print I am just going to give it to my granddaughter without the back panel.
