MakerChip Table Top Carousel

A rotating caddy for your MakerChips that holds your chips snugly. 

This may also be used for Poker night with your friends. I always win on the River.

Designed with a fairly small footprint, 135mm diameter without the base and just over 140mm with the base. Each chip slot holds 32 chips, if the chips are 3mm thick. There are 8 slots for a total of 256 MakerChips. The IT nerd in me could not help but do that.
There is a built in large bearing at the bottom of the carousel, you may need to break this free on the P1S but if your filaments are calibrated then you should be ok.

The MakerChip Carousel may rotate freely on a smooth tabletop and the base may not be needed in some situations, but I like having it on the base as it helps the rotation when fully loaded with chips. Distribution of weight is a consideration, if the chips are all on one side it won't rotate well. 

There are 2 versions included in the profile. Pick your plate and print the version you want.
The base is compatible for both versions and is on a separate plate as well as other items.

V1 has dimples at the top and I have provided a simple lid for the top. The lid is semi-keyed, there are protrusions that align with the dimples and hold the lid in place loosely. Enough to use the lid in assisting the rotation.  The lid fits V2 as well but wasn't designed for it.

V2 has slots cut into the inside edge of the top. This holds your 90mm MakerChip or custom sign chip that can be displayed on top of the carousel. This also assists with rotating the carousel.

I have included a base for the 90mm MakerChip along with the edge lettering, if you desire to use that, each side of the lettering is a separate object. The 90mm MakerChip needs to be 6.6mm thick or Z height to fit into the top inside edge cutouts. You can add you logo to the 90mm MakerChip as well. Alternatively size your current MakerChip to 90mm diameter and 6.6mm thick, make adjustments where needed for your printing needs as you do this. Reach out if you need help.
