Versatile Adapter for Rain Barrels and Water Tanks

This practical adapter is the ideal solution to flexibly adapt your rain barrel or water tank to your needs. It has been specially developed to combine multiple functions in one robust and easy-to-handle component.

Key Features and Applications:

• Connection of Rain Barrels/Water Tanks: Use the adapter to securely and tightly connect two or more rain barrels or water tanks using the Gardena/Husqvarna system. This allows you to easily expand your storage volume.
• Connection for Gardena Hoses (Quick Coupling): The integrated connection enables the easy attachment of standard garden hoses with a quick coupling. Ideal for watering your garden or filling watering cans.
• Water Outlet: Use the adapter as a practical, targeted water outlet. In combination with an optional shut-off valve, you can conveniently control and redirect water extraction.
• Overflow Protection: Install the adapter as an overflow to drain excess water and prevent your barrel from overflowing during heavy rain.

Assembly Note for Gardena Connection

For a 100% watertight seal, a standard Gardena sealing ring (rubber O‑ring) is required.

Gardena Standard — Dimensions: 16 × 11 mm (outer diameter × inner diameter) / Cord thickness: 2.50 mm

Gardena Profi System — Dimensions: 22.3 × 17 mm (outer diameter × inner diameter) / Cord thickness: 2.65 mm
