Description

This case is designed to fit between the v-slot profiles of the base frame of the Anycubic Mega Zero 2.0 mounted using T nuts.

It has room for a Raspberri Pi 4 and a AZDelivery HW-140 DC-DC Buck Boost Power Converter to convert the 24V of the PSU into 5V necessary to power the Raspberry Pi.

The height of the case allows for the addition of 3mm thick felt floor protectors, this raises the bottom of the case from the ground for better airflow. The case also has several holes for the good airflow necessary for optimal cooling.

The buck converter is mounted with M3 screws & the raspberry pi is mounted with M2 screws.

The lid has a mounting point for a 4010 fan. The position of the fan is chosen to prevent the airflow of the fan cooling down the heated bed. I've used a Noctua 4010 5V fan.

The lid is mounted using M2 screws.
