Description

Hey everyone this is my take on a 3D printed Catan board set. The design is focused on clarity, stability, and ease of printing!

Features:

  • Clarity of the tile: I tried to make it obvious of what resource was rolled and should be distributed
  • Piece stability: Carefully measured cutouts such that roads, settlements, and tile numbers should be stable throughout the game
  • Simple design: Nothing is complicated to print in this build
  • Robust: There is nothing to break- just toss these into the box when you're done

Printing tips:

  • I used Bambu Matte PLA for the prints you see in the images and they came out great
  • A brim is highly suggested to stop lifting of flat pieces

Tiles to print for a full original set:

  • 1x Desert
  • 4x Wheat
  • 4x Wood
  • 3x Brick
  • 3x Ore
  • 4x Wool
  • 6x Water boundaries (3 of dual ports, and 3 of single port)

Hope you enjoy :)
