I made this toy dirtbike for my one-year-old daughter. She has loved playing with it so far. It has moveable wheels. Parts need to be glued together to complete the assembly. You can print it all at once in one color or break up the prints to get a multicolor print.
Rev 2 Release: 1/15/24
- Consolidated parts for easier printing and assembly
- Connected front end to main frame
- Removed wheel spacers and added width to the wheels
- Redesign the handlebar grips to be sandwiched between the frame when it is glued together

Assembly Process
1. Glue the wheels together. There is a certain alignment to get the spokes and tire cuts to match perfectly. Test alignment before gluing. Hint: use the axles to help with alignment.
2. Insert handlebars into the frame. Handlebar inserts will need to be cleaned up from the brims.
3. Place wheels and axles on one side of the frame and then glue the other frame. Place together.
4. Glue the body onto the frame. Hint: If you want cleaner body prints you can split the parts so there are only supports on the inside.
5. Glue the gas tank and seat onto the body
