Description

I recreated these with a little thicker top to increase rigidity on the multiple connectors.

I have included the STEP files in case you would like to make your own modifications.

The pieces don't seem to be connected properly in the drawing. Rather than be fused together in 1 piece, It's like they are sectioned off and just pushed together which makes them snap VERY easily after printing.

Are you using a 0.4 nozzle? I printed on 0.2mm layers and 25% infill. I use them all the time and they work fine.

I am using a 0.4 nozzle, but regardless, 0.2 or not the pieces aren't merged together as one like they need to be. Some of them will work, but the middle will be a point of failure in every one.

I recently reworked these connectors to make them stronger. I made them solid where they connect. See photo. I hope you find this helpful.

most of them print but the singles always have an issue for some reason

What material are you printing with? I ran two sets in PLA yesterday and had no issue. I am using Bambu P1S. It also appears you are trying to use support. I do not use support on the pieces with the open hex. On the others, I only support the area inside the circle. If you use support in the main geometry, it will make a mess and be hard to remove everything. See the two pics I included. Hope this helps. :)
