Description

I like the design of Bounet's clog pusher. I wanted to include a ptfe tube within to help guide the filament when doing a cold pull to clear out the clog. I designed 2 versions to have the 2 screws secured by either nuts or brass inserts.

if you are using brass insets, you will need 2 pcs of M3xD4.6XL3

For the brass insert version, insert it carefully as it can distort the wall making the print head fit difficult.

Print in petg, abs or any high temp filament.

I'm having trouble finding that brass insert. M3x4.6x3 is a strange size I think. I see lots of M3x4.6x5.7. I can't find anything with a length of 3mm. Do you have a link to the inserts you used?

I ended up trying M3 OD5 L4 and very gently inserting them. It would have been really easy to push this to far (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804693330073.html?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.order_detail_item.13.5968f19c2HJQb0&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa). I used M3x16mm screws and it is a perfect fit with not overhand at all. I printed in in a pretty blue ABS (Bambu Labs ABS Basic) using the .2 Strength profile. I think it came out well. The tolerances are VERY tight. Thank you for the hard work. I've enjoyed some of your other work as well.

So, do you leave it wired to the printer, heat it up in hand and push, w allenkey, the filament out the nozzle?
