This model replaced the F&P Swivel with the SKU: 400FPH241 part for the Fisher & Parker full-face CPAP mask. The 3D replacement part prevents the hose from falling off while the person sleeps. The main change is a locking ring at one of the ends that locks into the hose making it more difficult for it to fall off. The part does need to be moved left to right when installing into the mask because the lock is a bit tight, but once it locks it also seems to have no air leaks.

Notes:

1. The design was printed on a P1S using a Texture PEI Plate with a print time of approximately 17m and 47s.
2. I recommend the use of Outer Brims with at least 5 mm width and a 0.1 mm object gap.
