Adjustable Screw Stand with Locking System and Fixing Wrench
This 3D printed part is a height adjustable screw stand, designed to allow precise height adjustment for various applications, such as leveling workpieces, furniture, machinery or platforms. The system consists of two main components and an accessory:
1. Main body (base and screw mechanism):
- The lower cylindrical section acts as a stable base.
- The upper part is a rotatable threaded screw, which allows height adjustment by turning the upper knob.
- Vertical adjustment is smooth and precise, thanks to the integrated thread between the upper and lower parts.
- The body has radial holes that act as a locking mechanism, allowing it to be securely fixed at the desired height.
2. Locking system:
- Once the desired height is set, the stand can be locked in place using the central fixing nut, using the wrench.
- The grooved surface provides a better grip for manual adjustment.
3. **Safety Wrench:
- The orange tool is a wrench specially designed to help tighten or loosen the screw mechanism.
- Its curved end fits into the grooves or notches on the top of the screw, providing better tightening torque for adjustment and locking.
- The handle has a hole for convenient hanging or storage.
