A remix of a simple cable clip, I sketched it out and added a screw hole that fits a #4 or M3 wood screw. No hinges, no supports, no clips. Just a simple cable hook to tame wires by my printer and power strips.

Added a version with radii all around per a comment. Not print tested. Not much contact with the bed so a brim may be required.
