insert the first half of the spool and block the filament inside a hole,and carefully turn it over to the other side,and repeat the operation and screw until it stops with the filament without exaggerating to avoid breaking the thread, but making sure that the filament cannot move on the lateral sides
P.S. it does not necessarily have to be screwed in all the way. just make sure the filament is securely inside

ironically, I printed a spool again for the other esun ePLA lite spool. and only after removing the first cardboard side I was able to see that the internal diameter of this other one was 80 mm.
MAKE SURE BEFORE PRINTING THE SPOOL THAT YOU REALLY NEED A 75MM CENTRAL DISC
DO NOT COME OUT WITH LOW RATINGS BECAUSE IT IS TOO SMALL.

cut a piece of the internal filament to prevent it from getting stuck when the spool runs out. which often happens even with reels purchased from any brandu
