Turned out great in Polymaker Polylite ABS. I’m going to fuse the spring to the blade to make it a single piece after assembly.

this is a good print minor issues such as blade does not always fully extend

Works well. Just the spring could be stiffer but I printed in PLA so I will try other materials. Note: Male sure you don’t mode you hand when retracting. It needs the stiffness of you body to lock back into place. If it gets stuck in the middle just filling extend the blade with your hand until it locks.
