Description

This adapter connects a standard automotive tire valve (DIN 7756 VG8 thread) to a 3/4" garden hose fitting, such as a Gardena-compatible connector. It allows you to use a tire inflator or air compressor to blow out water from hoses, which is especially useful for:

Winterizing irrigation systems or outdoor garden hoses
Draining hoses used for camping (e.g., portable showers or water fill lines)
Preventing water freeze damage during cold seasons
Drying out gear before storage

Tested with:

Xiaomi air pump (screw-on valve connection)
Makita DMP180 / Bosch UniversalPump 18V (quick-connect fitting)

Print recommendations:

Works with PLA, but PETG is strongly recommended for better durability and pressure resistance
Take extra care with the DIN 7756 VG8 end of the adapter—it’s more fragile and can snap if overtightened or stressed

Additional components:
