I was fed up with the long and laborious process of cleaning the spindles by hand and what do you do as a BambuLab owner?

When used correctly, the tool cleans the spindles completely of dirt and grease, so all you have to do is grease them and the maintenance of the spindles is done.

Attached I have a short guide on how to put the brush together.

1.Cut the sponge to size:

You can simply cut the sponge like this or use the enclosed template.

2.Use a hot glue gun to insert the toothbrush head.

Glue into the smaller gap of the tool.

3.You can change the spindles depending on how dirty they are

wipe with a cloth beforehand, in order not to dirty the brush head too much,

to make later cleaning easier.

4. Moisten the sponge in the tool with a little isopropanol,

the tool clamp over the spindles and move the print bed up and down
 

After use, the spindles should be completely clean and you can grease them.

Ich hatte die Nase voll die Spindeln per Hand lange und mühevoll zu reinigen und was tut man dann als BambuLab besitzer? Richtig!

Das Tool reinigt die Spindeln bei richtiger Anwendung, restlos von Dreck und Fett, sodas man diese dann nur noch fetten muss und schon ist die Wartung der Spindeln erledigt.

Anbei habe ich eine kleine Kurzanleitung wie ihr die Brush zusammensetzt.

1.Schwamm zurecht schneiden:

Ihr könnt den Schwamm einfach so zurecht schneiden

oder die beiliegende Schablone nutzen.

2.Mit Heißklebepistole den Zahnbürstenkopf in den

schmaleren Spalt des Tools einkleben.

3.Ihr könnt die Spindeln, je nach verschmutzungsgrad

vorher mit einem Tuch abwischen,

um nicht den Bürstenkopf zu stark zu verschmutzen,

um die spätere Reinigung zu erleichtern.

4.Den Schwamm im Tool mit etwas Isopropanol befeuchten, das Tool

über die Spindeln klemmen und das Druckbett hoch und runter fahren

Nach der Anwendung sollten die Spindeln Restlos sauber sein und ihr könnt diese einfetten.
