Description

It's a model of tinkerbell and she needs to be printed pretty big or her fingers fall off.

as you can see the arms have trouble printinf and the supports on the fingers are damn near impossible to remove unless you use a different interface material, so im gonna post another print profile that has just the arms and hands then they can get glued onto the main model.

I have printed this a few times & the arms fall off or theirs problems removing the hands. otherwise is would be a good model

Yeah i've had the same problem. The only way I was able to get it to print successfully was by scaling to 250mm tall which took a really long time. However, if you were to use PETG as the support interface layer, it would make removing the supports around the fingers and arms much easier. Thanks for the feedback, sorry for the troubles with it; My wife really wanted a tinkerbell but I couldn't find any; and I think this model i used was designed for printing with resin not FFF.

unfortunately her head and arm broke. will share another print profile with more infill and also try it at .2. be very careful when removing the supports or ideally use petg as an interface layer on them

clean the bed, there is a brim and best settings for the first layer... you could try raising the first layer to .28 if you still have problems
