Summary

Board 1: WIth Chamfer / Mit Fase
Board 2: With radius / Mit Radius

No glue is required due to the small tolerances and the intentional pressfit.

Tip: assemble the wheels in a vice if the pressfit is too tight!

Have fun printing, assembling and playing: D!

Notes:

Use supports with the board! Axis, Axis inserts & Wheels dont need Supports.

Round Axis part with 0% Infill and 1 Perimeter to avoid seams

Print 0,1 - 0,2 mm layer hight.

The print profile is no longer public

nozzle hit the wheels after finishing them and traveling to next location. Tool head fell off. Profile error? Edit: Rating changed from 1 star to 5 star. Crash fixed by owner modifying the print profile or the crash was caused by random bug which is unknown.

Hi RiTiSoNo, thank you for the profile feedback. I'm so sorry about that, it seems to be a bug in the slicer as this should automatically be detected and avoided. I've moved this around a bit and and tested it myself on my X1C and no problems. By the way, which printer did you use to print it? Some people left 5 stars so I assume they did not have the same issue, so it could be printer dependent. Would you try the print again, and reconsider the missing 4 stars?

the pegs for the skate trucks do not fit well with this print profile, I don't know if it's a problem with the model. I plan on remixing this with compliant holes so that they fit together better
