Description

Thin rip jig designed for Dewalt 7492
Easy printing and assembling

Assembly parts :
- M8 screw nut
- M8 self-locking nut
- M6 screw nut x2
- M6x 50mm bolt x2 ( you can use any screw , but knobs were designed for bolts)
- M8 x40mm screw with flat hat
-608 bearings x2
- M8 x 16mm washer x3 ( for bearings )
- M8x 24mm washer (for bearing block stopper, actually it may have less diameter)

Assembly guide :
1. Glue M8 nut into the base
2. Glue M6 nuts into the runner
3. Glue bolts knobs to M6 bolts
4. Put knob on M8 screw
5. Secure bearings on the bearing block. Use self-locking M8 nut and washers. The nut has to be on top of the block and the hat of the screw on the bottom (see pictures)
6. Put the runner in the slot of you table saw and secure the base with M6 bolts on it
7. Insert the bearig block into the base
8. M8 screw with washer and knob into the base .
9. it's done!
