Modified to work with an Afterburner from 2023.

• lowered PCB support boss height to allow buttons to protrude (7.5mm from front case face to PCB)
• Increase button hole opening to 8.3mm
• Add pillars to back case to support back of afterburner PCB

The Afterburner nylon M3 screws are not required. PCB is held captive between cases and reuse afterburner screws to fix the back case.
