Scout Trooper Cosplay Helmet
This helmet was designed in Fusion 360 and is printed in one piece (front and back)
It features a hinged design with a detent for an open position
Four magnets are provided for closure
Additionally, there is a compartment on the back, designed for example for a battery
There is also a compartment on the front that provides space for two 20mm speakers, LEDs, and electronics
Both compartments are connected by a groove for routing the cables
This also runs through the hinge
Required parts:
- The visor can be formed from 1mm plexiglass using a heat gun. It is then screwed to the front with a clamp
- Insert nuts and screws (M3)
- Magnets
- Socket head cap screws for the hinge
